Short term rental homes, including single family, half duplex, multifamily homes, etc. are in HOT demand in Key West! Because of those limited transient licenses, there are not that many short term rental properties, and very few come on the market at any given time. 

Not only must a property have a transient license, that property must also have the appropriate zoning that allows for short term rentals, so not all properties can qualify for that coveted license! Without that license a Key West property will have a minimum 28-day rental restriction.

It is not a mistake if you see only one property show up in the search below, or even if there is none! These types of properties come on the market at the rate of only one every month or two! So if you love what you see, don't delay, because when priced right, they will sell quickly!

Each property below must be individually confirmed as to being a legally allow short term vacation rentals through the City of Key West. Various by-laws may apply that may impact the ability to apply for and receive a vacation rental license. Regulations may have changed over time.
